Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist to manage end-to-end warehousing operations for customers.

  • The ideal candidate will control the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods through detailed inspection processes, including maintaining quality data using relevant software and forms.

This role requires reviewing all relevant processes, isolating errors, verifying correct processes, and ensuring that all required quality standards are met at all times.

The Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist will analyze internal and external errors, including customer complaints, using root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures and optimization of quality processes.

Additionally, this role involves creating and maintaining all relevant documents in accordance with ISO standards.

A strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include managing CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes, as well as conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

  • Skilled in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
