Water Treatment Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Specialist to operate and maintain the wastewater treatment infrastructure at our client's sites in Perth.

  • Operate and adjust the water treatment process
  • Conduct field testing and prepare samples for analysis
  • Complete daily operation and maintenance checklists
  • Prepare accurate reports on treatment activities and plant performance
  • Identify and troubleshoot process issues to ensure continuous compliance
Key Responsibilities:
  • Chemical dosing and management
  • Field testing, sample preparation, and laboratory analysis
  • Daily operation and maintenance routines
  • Treatment activity and plant performance monitoring
  • Process issue identification and corrective action

This technical role involves minimal physical labor, consistent treatment processes, and the support of modern equipment. The selected candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the treatment plant, ensuring efficient and environmentally responsible operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in water or wastewater treatment operations
  • Certificate II or III in Water Operations
  • Driver license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the business
