About Our Role

We are looking for a skilled Wastewater Treatment Specialist to join our team in Perth. This full-time position involves working directly at client sites in the suburbs of Kwinana and Forrest Field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment infrastructure, including chemical dosing.
  • Conduct field testing and prepare samples for lab analysis.
  • Complete daily operation and maintenance checklists.
  • Prepare accurate reports on treatment activities and plant performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot process issues to ensure continuous compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in water or wastewater treatment operations is essential.
  • A Certificate II or III in Water Operations (or similar industry experience) is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary as we provide a company vehicle.
  • You will be responsible for working independently while staying aligned with team and client needs.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills are crucial.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the business is also important.
