About the Role

Soul Origin is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales objectives
  • Coordinate advertising efforts to reach target markets and promote franchise partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts
  • Assist with loyalty program management, including member inquiries and account activity
  • Support business growth and development through marketing objectives and programs
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing stores
  • Manage customer inquiries for gift card redemptions, complaints, and balance totals
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing-based role
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, flexible, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
