We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to manage our data center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monitoring alerts and customer ticket escalations to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the deployment of new infrastructure in a timely manner to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for installation, maintenance, and technical procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures to support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and optimize data center operations.
  • Ensure material process flows are compliant with established processes and inventory levels are adequately stocked for maintenance and upgrade activities.
  • Work flexible shift timings to support 24/7 data center operations and provide effective communication to stakeholders on a daily basis.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to follow and document internal procedures and policies.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to communicate progress and highlight delays effectively.
  • Knowledge of the data center industry, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Advanced sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills within a team and with external stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational skills, autonomy, and adaptability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • 2 years of higher education in IT or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a data center environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, management, and technical procedures.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and data center infrastructure.
