Lead Safety and Operations Underground

As a key member of our team, you will lead safety and operational activities in an underground mining environment. You will work a 3-day, 12-hour weekend night shift roster and be directly employed in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide leadership and ensure safety compliance by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency by optimizing processes and streamlining communication between teams.
  • Maintain high standards of risk management by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading safety and operations in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of physical fitness required.
