Key Role in CRM Strategy Execution

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing Ashurst's ambitious strategy by redefining its approach to business development. The Manager - CRM Operations & Impact will develop and manage initiatives designed to enhance the global usage and benefits delivered by the current CRM system.

This is a hands-on position that requires an experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record of identifying opportunities for CRM operational uplift and delivering change initiatives within a legal/professional services environment.

A key aspect of this role is influencing stakeholders and developing programs resulting in effective interim and long-term solutions. This necessitates collaboration with colleagues across various departments and teams.

  • Experience managing the introduction and ongoing use of CRM systems to achieve BD benefits.
  • Proven experience in BD change programs, process improvement, and innovation.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse departments and teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with commercial acumen.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
