Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inbound Supervisor to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and drive excellence in stock management and safety.

  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of inbound POs, transfer orders, and returns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LF Forklift Licence.
  • Experience in order picking and high reach forklift operation.
  • Ability to train new staff, follow processes, and uphold high standards.
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • $75k - $90k + super (dependent on experience).
  • Paid training and certifications such as cert 4 in transport and logistics.
  • Company paid quarterly bonus system.
  • $1500 signing bonus if you hold a current LO License.
