Senior Education Manager Position

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Education Manager to provide high-quality care and mentor their team of Lead Educators. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to develop reflective practices, identify areas of improvement, and support educators in planning.

To be suitable for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Previous experience as a room leader or educational leader
  • Utilize effective coaching techniques to develop reflective practices
  • Identify areas of improvement and support educators in planning
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and maintain a professional manner
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle
  • Hold a current Paid Blue Card

Our service is dedicated to providing children and families with engaging programs like Farm Kindy and Healthy Eating workshops. We respect the continuing connection of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Traditional Owners and Custodians to the land on which our service stands.
