We're growing fast - and looking for exceptional **Capstone Mentors** to join our global team

**About the Capstone Program**

Our **revamped Capstone Program** supports students across **six dynamic pathways**:

- **Ventures & Business**

Each pathway has **three progressive outcome tiers**, guiding students from foundational work to advanced impact-driven initiatives.

**Who We're Looking For**
- A **degree from a Top 30 U.S. university** (strongly preferred) in STEM
- Applicants from **AUSNZ or LATAM** regions: U.S. educational background not required, but **project management experience** is essential
- Strong backgrounds in **STEM, Engineering, Computer Science**, Machine Learning or related fields are especially valued
- Passion for **mentorship, leadership development**, and **education innovation**

**The Role: Capstone Mentor**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Mentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpoints
- Support proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submission
- Assist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projects
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on track
- Collaborate with internal teams (Strategists & Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experience

**Time Commitment & Flexibility**
- Around **5 hours per week (or more)**:

- Flexible scheduling — **you choose which students to work with**:

- Mentors must commit to supporting students **through project completion**

**Compensation**

Compensation is based on your **professional background, expertise, and educational experience**. You will be paid for **live session time**, which includes:

- 1 hour session
- ~15 minutes preparation
- ~10 minutes session summary
- ~10-15 minutes follow-up/research
