We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Fabrication Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and coordination of maintenance operations to maintain the highest standards of customer service, safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production output
  2. Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and minimize disruptions
  3. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks based on operational needs
  4. Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and timely procurement
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and equipment history, using computerized maintenance management systems

Proven experience as a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting is essential. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of technicians, are also required. Strong technical background with preferably a mechanical trade qualification is highly regarded.
