GEM Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Supervisor with a background in Fabrication for a position located in Cockburn, WA 6164. This position is a long-term opportunity to work with a reputable company in the mechanical space. The job will require you to work with transport equipment and large fuel tankers.

**About the Role**:
As Fabrication Supervisor, you will lead a team of fabricators, welders, and trade assistants. You will be key in overseeing daily operations, organising parts, and managing the team’s schedule. This is a full-time supervisory role suited for someone looking for a stable, long-term position in a collaborative, professional environment.
- Experience in supervising and leading a team of fabricators, welders, and trade assistants.
- Ability to coordinate with the General Manager to organise parts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Proficiency in managing scheduling and people management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work tasks and manage resources efficiently.
- Capability to uphold high quality assurance and safety compliance standards in all fabrication tasks.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with management and provide support to co-workers.
- Lead by example in maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to oversee the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workspace.
