Plant Operations Specialist

We are seeking experienced Process Operators to join our organization. This role offers a lifestyle-friendly roster and opportunities for growth and development in a friendly team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain dry/wet plants, ensuring safe operation.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety daily and conduct basic fault finding and diagnosis.
- Work individually or as part of a team, contributing to daily targets and conducting routine activities to ensure safe operation.
- Operate mobile plant equipment as required and work autonomously to monitor the process in a safe and effective manner.
- Able to adapt a growth mindset and contribute diverse perspectives with a commitment to safety.
- Hold a valid C-class drivers' license and possess strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Able to work safely and cooperatively in a team, demonstrating flexibility to business requirements.
