We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can build strong relationships with community members, plan engaging events and webinars, manage data and reporting with accuracy, and support water safety education across Western Australia.
- Developing and maintaining an annual professional development program for members
- Leading communication, recruitment, retention, and support strategies for members
- Overseeing and administering renewals and licensing for Swim Teachers and Trainers
- Promoting member engagement through media, website, social media, e-news, EDMs, and recognition events
- Reporting on membership participation, professional development, and key program outcomes
- Supervising the Member Engagement Officer to ensure high-quality service and support
The successful applicant will work closely with stakeholders to lead and support the Community Trainer and Swim Teacher networks across WA.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or membership management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience developing and delivering professional development programs
- Intermediate level experience is required in developing and delivering professional development programs
- Confidence using digital systems (aXcelerate experience desirable)
- Ability to engage and support a member network through communication, events, and recognition
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Salary $80,000 - $85,000 (Pro Rata)
- Ability to salary sacrifice (tax saving benefit)
