Claims Consultant Pet Insurance

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to support our pet health team in the effective triaging and lodging of incoming pet insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter claims with a high attention to detail.
  • Obtain complete and accurate information regarding circumstances surrounding submitted claims.
  • Liaise with claim assessors and external veterinary clinic or hospital staff as required.
  • Act as first point of contact for customer complaints and resolve these through listening and transferring to the appropriate claim assessor.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and highly adaptable with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
