Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced game developer to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement gameplay systems, including client and server-side functionalities, using Unreal, Unity, or Gameloft's internal engine.
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate and iterate on gameplay mechanics, including game UI, features, events, rewards systems, and other mechanics to enhance player retention and satisfaction.
  • Resolve mid-level technical issues independently with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain technical tools and automation solutions to streamline game development and content creation workflow.
  • Optimize user experience and performance to ensure smooth experience on various devices (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC, iOS, Android).
  • Estimate tasks and plan feature implementation in collaboration with leads and producers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including local team members and remote team members from other studios.
  • Support and guide junior team members, fix bugs, and contribute to improving workflows and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong programming skills in C++, Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with game engines such as Unreal, Unity, or Gameloft's internal engine.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers, artists, and other developers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
