Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Law Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of advising on complex tax matters, including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing.

The role involves working on high-profile deals across various industries, both domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for advising clients on sophisticated tax issues, structuring and executing transactions, and collaborating with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly motivated and commercially minded, with experience in M&A transactions and structuring. You should also be confident working directly with clients on complex tax and deal issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) or 5.5 years' professional services tax experience
  • Proven expertise in tax law, with a focus on M&A structuring, corporate reorganisations, cross-border tax, and structuring for greenfield infrastructure and property projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
