Job Description

A Senior Finance Analyst position has become available in our growing Finance team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd. This role will contribute significantly to the Operations division by utilizing data-driven insights and modeling to optimize financial outcomes through effective compensation forecasting and labor optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Operations division to provide visibility, draw insights, and influence change.
  • Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze P&Ls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and provide valuable insights.
  • Analyze the impact of actions taken within the Operation Divisions and communicate results to the Commercial Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
  • Strong experience in business partnering.
  • Pricing experience, including reviewing, analyzing, and providing pricing recommendations to drive margin improvement.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of influencing change and making things happen.
