Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on customer experience and business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also have a deep understanding of digital technologies and their applications in business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Discovery Workshops to identify business needs and opportunities for digital transformation
  • Gather and document requirements to inform digital transformation initiatives
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
  • Create detailed plans and timelines for digital transformation projects
  • Analyze trade-offs between usability and performance to ensure optimal solutions
  • Manage the delivery of digital transformation projects from start to finish

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Certifications:

  • (Preferred) Relevant industry certification such as ITIL or PMP

Skills:
