Site Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and vigilant Security Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our site.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular patrols, both internally and externally, to maintain a secure environment.
- A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer service, greeting visitors, and managing front-desk responsibilities with professionalism.
- An additional responsibility will be to monitor access control systems and issue visitor passes as required.
- In the event of an incident, the Security Officer must respond promptly and escalate according to site protocols.
- Maintaining accurate logs and reports is also an essential part of this position.
- The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with site management and other security team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Australian citizenship
- Valid QLD Security Licence
- Valid Blue Card - Working with children check for Queensland
- Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Willingness to undergo and pass a National Criminal History Check
