We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist for Growth to join our dynamic team at Squiz.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives business growth, increases brand awareness, and enhances customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, targeted content that resonates with our audience.
  • Own and manage our social media presence, ensuring consistency and coherence across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, identifying opportunities to optimize content and improve engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform content decisions.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years' experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of content marketing principles, including content calendar planning, SEO optimization, and metrics analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A passion for staying current with industry developments and trends, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
