Are you an experienced professional seeking a role that combines customer experience and data-driven campaigns? This position is ideal for you.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.\
  • Execution: Develop, test, and launch personalized communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.\
  • Segmentation & Messaging: Execute targeted campaigns via SMS, app, and email, leveraging segmentation tools for tailored journeys.\
  • Data & Insights: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports, working closely with the CRM team to drive learnings and optimization.\
  • Loyalty Optimisation: Contribute to loyalty club development, delivering creative messaging across customer touch points.

Requirements:

\
  • 1-2 years of CRM or Loyalty experience in eCommerce or retail, preferably with customer journey expertise.\
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.\
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (desired but not required).\
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign results and provide actionable insights.
