As a Co-ordinator (International Admissions), you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating day-to-day activities of an international admissions team.

The team is responsible for delivering services that span the student lifecycle, including admission, enrolment, billing, and invoicing, timetable management, class registration, examinations, results, records management, progression, and graduation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Education equivalent to postgraduate qualifications with experience in leading client service operations within an education environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team, including responsibility for effective service delivery workload management, and performance and development planning
  • Proven analytical problem-solving skills, including interpretation of policy compliance legislative and regulatory documents, with ability to balance requirements with organisational objectives
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and lead a team that builds a culture committed to continuous improvement and embraces change
  • Excellent communication interpersonal skills, including experience with presentations data analysis, and report writing
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate build maintain relationships across staff colleagues networks, and other external bodies to support achieve business outcomes
