About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Management Professional to manage our consulting practice for implementing treasury solutions. As Practice Manager, you will lead the team to ensure client needs, business requirements, and future growth objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand consulting offerings in the market.
  • Maintain key relationships with FIS channels such as sales, relationship management, product management, and business unit management to drive results for the Practice.
  • Oversee profit and loss of the consulting practice, including forecasting and managing revenue and expense targets, and communicating business metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure generated revenue meets or exceeds plan for FIS Consulting Services Business.
  • Foster excellent client satisfaction and loyalty through effective engagement execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Corporate Treasury or Consulting, preferably in large complex multiple industry practices.
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management.
  • Negotiation skills regarding complex issues and sound experience in relationship management with stakeholders, including C-Level clients and management.
  • Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced, changing business environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or Finance or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
