Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Service Coordinator in Broome. This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning location, away from big city life. Our client offers an excellent salary and relocation assistance to successful candidates.

The Motor Vehicle Service Coordinator will be the key contact between customers and our dealership, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include meeting and greeting clients, answering calls, taking service bookings, and estimating costs and time frames for jobs.

Duties Included:

  • Meet and greet clients, customers and visitors
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct appropriately
  • Taking enquires and service bookings
  • Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
  • Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
  • Liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
  • Gaining authorisation for extra work
  • Helping bring new business into the service department

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone manner
  • Sound knowledge of auto mechanics
