Senior Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Analyst to join our team. As a critical member of our quality assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced agile settings, collaborates comfortably across multiple project teams, and demonstrates unwavering dedication to quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business priorities.
  • Quality Assurance: Identify, document, and track defects, inconsistencies, and suggested improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement by reviewing and refining testing processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Ceremonies Participation: Participate in agile ceremonies, providing input on quality issues and process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relating to software quality.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting a quality-driven culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7 years' experience in software quality assurance, including integrated IT environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in manual testing techniques, tools, and practices
  • Strong experience in agile methodologies and working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced skills in creating, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases for complex software systems
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems in pressured settings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in API testing and automated testing tools
