About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Projects Manager to join our team at Ramsay Health Care. As a key member of our People Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple HR projects, ensuring timely, scope-aligned, and budget-conscious delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage clear project plans, timelines, and budgets for effective execution.
  • Manage and guide project teams, including HR professionals and external vendors when needed.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues to maintain smooth progress.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables meeting high-quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and accountability.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex HR projects and a deep understanding of HR principles, including change management, performance appraisal, and reward & recognition schemes.
