Position Overview

We are looking for a select group of exceptionally talented interns to contribute to the advancement of quantitative research in financial markets. Interns will utilize advanced statistical methods to analyze market data and uncover trends. You will collaborate in small, highly interactive teams, engaging in pioneering financial research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design trading strategies, enhance mathematical models, and assist in translating algorithms into programming code.
  2. Backtest and deploy trading models and signals in real-time trading settings.
  3. Leverage unconventional data sources to foster innovation.
  4. Conduct thorough research and statistical evaluations to develop and refine monetization systems for trading signals.

Qualifications

  1. Undergraduate or PhD candidates in computer science or engineering disciplines.
  2. Strong foundation in probability and statistics (including machine learning, time-series analysis, pattern recognition, and natural language processing).
  3. Previous experience in a data-centric research environment.
  4. Proficiency in converting mathematical models and algorithms into programming code (Python).
  5. Effective, clear, and proactive communication skills.
  6. Attention to detail.
  7. Ability to take ownership of projects, working both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
