Warehouse Storeperson Job Description

This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the dispatching and receiving of orders to meet customer demand and timelines.
  • Liaising with customers to resolve queries and provide outstanding support.
  • Checking delivery sheets for accuracy and efficiency to minimize errors.
  • Distributing goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks, to maintain stock levels and meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated individual with attention to detail to minimize errors and improve productivity.
  • Current Forklift, Driver's and Pickers Licence (preferred or essential) to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
