
Senior Payroll Administrator

Join a dynamic and growth-oriented organization as a Payroll Manager to oversee the entire end-to-end payroll process, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate weekly and fortnightly group payroll for a business of 500+ staff
- Verify and audit all payroll transactions for legislative and award compliance
- Manage internal reporting for annual leave, personal leave, and long service leave
- Oversee HR3 payroll system and SAP experience is highly beneficial
- Process termination and redundancy payments, bonus payments, and reconciliations
- Liaise with management and staff on pay-related inquiries
- Reconcile STP data and liaise with HR on new starters, terminations, and other matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll management with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems (HR3, SAP)
