Procurement Specialist

Unlock the full potential of our procurement team by taking on the role of Procurement Specialist. As a key member of this dynamic team, you will play a pivotal part in driving commercial agreements and collaborating with category teams to achieve strategic objectives.

In this challenging position, you will:

  • Develop best practices for category management and communicate guidelines to stakeholders effectively.
  • Establish controls to ensure the effective execution of commercial agreements within the Source to Pay process.
  • Provide transparency on operationalisation rules, standards, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Educate and empower the Source to Contract team to make informed decisions and execute agreements effectively.
  • Foster a community of practice to share skills and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

This role requires:

  • A degree qualification in Commerce, Engineering, Law and/or Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant Source to Pay experience, including project management, change management, and continuous improvement in procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in procurement/data master modules (an advantage).
  • Experience with data modeling, data standardisation, and digital analytics tools (highly valued).
