As a valued team member, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover customer needs and providing tailored banking solutions.

This dynamic role offers a unique blend of challenges and rewards, empowering customers to make the most of their money every day. You will utilize your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialized Banking teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to Westpac and engage in conversations to uncover their needs
  • Provide tailored banking solutions using product knowledge
  • Assist customers in achieving financial goals in-person and over the phone
  • Refer customers to specialized Banking teams when necessary
What We're Looking for in a Candidate
  • Excellent customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or phone-based role with experience of working to targets
  • Mandarin language capability
  • Resilience and the ability to remain calm while managing challenging situations
  • Numerical capability, with proficiency in cash handling and completing financial transactions accurately
  • Energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies
