The Melbourne Institutional Graduate program is a fast-track opportunity designed to propel your career forward. Over 18 months, you'll embark on three rotations across the Institutional division, immersing yourself in various business areas and gaining invaluable experience.

You'll work closely with experienced professionals, specialists, and subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds. This program will expose you to teams that cater to core and specialized offerings for the bank's largest customers, including resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors, property developers, and multinationals.

As an Institutional Grad, you'll:

  • Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to turn innovative ideas into tangible results;
  • Balance customer demands and the bank's risk appetite from a lending and capital management perspective;
  • Deliver a consistent and efficient credit process to help customers achieve their goals;
  • Act with autonomy and confidence in balancing credit risk appetite, capital constraints, and return objectives.

We're seeking individuals who are curious, smart, driven, and bring a mix of perspectives and disciplines to drive our bank forward.
