Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leadership professional to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of staff, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance performance and career development
  • Prioritize business performance through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the community, including local businesses and organizations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that benefit the community
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
