Overview
At Arc'teryx, we're passionate about delivering an unforgettable brand experience to our guests. As a Brand Associate, you'll be the face of our brand on the retail floor, fostering connections with customers and helping them find their perfect gear.

Key Responsibilities
We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can provide exceptional product knowledge. As a Brand Associate, you'll be responsible for:
• Delivering a best-in-class brand experience through education and problem-solving
• Gaining a strong understanding of our products and seamlessly weaving this information into customer interactions
• Being a brand ambassador and elevating the customer experience wherever possible
• Continuously elevating the in-store experience by supporting store leadership with projects and brand initiatives
• Fostering connection in all customer interactions through product education, accurately processing payments, and communicating on warranties or damaged goods in a timely manner

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Two or more years of retail sales experience
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• A deep understanding of your impact on the customer experience
• Self-motivation and a desire to solve problems
• Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity
• The ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
