Automotive Craftsman Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team and undertake high-quality workmanship, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inspecting received parts for defects and correctness, disassembling vehicles according to job requirements, labeling and storing parts correctly, notating broken parts and extra repairs for estimators, and checking new parts for damage.
They will also be responsible for colour matching and mixing vehicles for painting, building and maintaining a colour library, preparing, priming, and painting vehicles according to job requirements and supplier process, buffing and denibbing vehicles, repairing vehicles according to OEM standards and estimates, reassembling vehicles, handling vehicles with care and attention, cleaning work areas and tools, and coaching apprentices when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Trade qualified Panel Beater with experience
- AQF Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Panel Beater
- Team environment
