Skilled Blind Craftsman Wanted

We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our production team. As a key member of the manufacturing process, you will be responsible for producing and assembling various types of blinds.
- You will work with precision to measure materials and cut fabrics, tubes, and bottom rails using manual or automated equipment.
- Responsibilities include assembling roller blinds, including installation of chains, brackets, pin ends, and bottom weights, as well as tensioning and testing blinds for smooth operation and quality finish.
- Key skills and qualifications include previous experience in blind manufacturing or assembly (minimum 1 year preferred), familiarity with various blind types, confident use of hand tools, cutting tables, and saws, and high attention to detail and ability to work to tight measurements.
Additional requirements include strong work ethic and reliability, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable skills include experience with ultrasonic or heat-cutting tools, understanding of production batch tracking or job docket systems, and forklift license.
