Strategic Estimation Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join a growing civil contractor as they scale operations across multiple infrastructure sectors. With a broad pipeline of projects and fully integrated delivery capabilities, you will play a central role in shaping the next phase of estimating processes and submissions.

You will be leading a team of estimators and working closely with the CEO and construction manager to manage all live bids, formal submissions, and EOI processes. The company will also support you and help you excel within the business.

The role includes responsibility for team oversight, stakeholder engagement, rate tracking, and progress reporting, offering both autonomy and influence at the executive level.

This team operates across a diverse range of sectors, including data centres, renewables, BESS, EV infrastructure, substations, and major civil works. If you are an experienced estimator with strong communication skills and a head for systems and strategy, this is a rare opportunity to step up.

This will not suit a head-down, numbers-only individual. High energy, elite soft skills and client-facing experience are paramount. Extensive experience in civil infrastructure work is essential.
