Our client is a leading civil contractor seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed estimates for various projects, including roads, bridges, drainage, earthworks, concrete, and other civil-related packages.
  • Research and propose innovative value engineering and design options to the project team.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes/pricing.
  • Assist with budget reconciliations for subcontract trade package procurement.
  • Leverage estimating expertise to maximize success.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in estimating within the Civil Construction sector.
  • Mix of project and estimating experience ideal.
  • First principle estimating experience required.
  • Experience with subcontractor work packages and review essential.
  • Exposure to Expert Estimation desirable.
