Are you an experienced Civil Estimator looking for a new career opportunity? Queensland's civil construction sector is booming, and we're looking for an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to join our Pre-contracts team on the Sunshine Coast.

You will play a key role in pricing a range of civil infrastructure projects and ensuring our bids meet client expectations. Responsibilities include reviewing tender documentation, scope of works and contract documentation, and preparing estimates for projects across Queensland and Northern NSW. You will be part of an experienced and supportive team culture at a leading workplace.

About You

To be considered, you must have site experience (Project Engineers, Project Managers welcome to apply) in the Australian Civil Construction sector on subdivisions and infrastructure projects between $500k and $20M.

  • Experience pricing or delivering Civil projects (ideally experience in subdivisions)
  • Demonstrate ownership in previous roles
  • Proficient with industry-standard software programs and ability to articulate construction methods clearly
  • Ability to identify risks, opportunities and present alternate methodologies or solutions to achieve better project outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with co-workers, management at all levels, clients and sub-contractors
  • Experience mentoring junior estimators
