Sap Payroll Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant to join our client's team in a permanent role.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment, working across complex payroll solutions that directly impact business outcomes.About the RoleAs a Payroll Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, and support of SAP Payroll.
You'll partner with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to deliver payroll solutions that are compliant, efficient, and aligned to business needs.You will be involved in :Leading payroll configuration, testing, and implementation activitiesProviding functional expertise across SAP PayrollSupporting payroll operations, issue resolution, and system enhancementsDriving continuous improvement and ensuring legislative complianceContributing to end-to-end payroll project implementations and upgradesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with :8+ years of SAP Payroll configuration experience (Australian payroll is mandatory)3+ end-to-end payroll implementations (mix of ERPs is fine, but at least 1 must be SAP)Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and time / payroll integrationExperience in testing, cutover, and payroll go-livesStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teamsA proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detailOur client cannot provide sponsorship, must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian CitizenWhat's on OfferPermanent role with long-term career growth opportunitiesHybrid model : 3 days in our modern inner-city office, 2 days from homeExposure to large-scale payroll projects and SAP landscapesSupportive team culture and professional development opportunities
