Delivering Exceptional Patient Care as a Dental Assistant
- Collaborate with dental clinicians to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a positive experience for every individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sterilize equipment and instruments according to established protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment through proper infection control practices.
- Support the team by helping with bookings, stock control, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in oral health promotions and contribute to the overall success of the dental team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent with more than 12 months clinical experience and knowledge in dental nursing.
- Strong understanding of infection control procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and take initiative when needed.
- Commitment to delivering person-centered care that is responsive to each individual's needs and experiences.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use computerized patient information systems.
- Current Driver's License.
