We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pool Technician

This is a Full Time position requiring the candidate to work 38 hours per week with potential overtime.

The successful applicant will be required to work Monday to Friday with no weekends.

We require an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, but also as part of a team when needed. A strong work ethic and can-do attitude are essential for this role.

Above award wage will apply, along with the provision of company vehicle, mobile phone, and tools for business use.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Installation and repair of filtration and cleaning equipment
  • Water testing and chemical balancing of pool water
  • Repairs of swimming pool equipment
  • Problem-solving

No experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, industry experience or knowledge of pool chemistry is considered an advantage.

The successful applicant will need to hold a current Australian open driver's licence and be a confident driver, as they will be required to service clients across Inner Brisbane City through to Springfield.

Additionally, the following requirements must be met:

  • A current Blue Card or ability to obtain
  • Own transport to get to and from Spring Mountain, 4300 (with a company vehicle supplied from there)
  • Early starts on most days (6am) may be required
  • Paid overtime may be required some weeks
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Exceptional communication skills

This role offers:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $26.00 - $30.00
  • No less than 38 hours of work per week

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends, with potential overtime.
