**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide ongoing support to individuals who have secured employment. As an In-Work Support Mentor, you will play a critical role in guiding job seekers to unlock their full potential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide regular check-ins with participants to ensure they have the tools and resources to succeed
  • Offer guidance on workplace issues and connect them with additional support services as needed
  • Collaborate with employers to foster a positive working relationship

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

A strong background in employment services or related fields is highly advantageous. A qualification such as a Cert IV in Employment Services is also highly regarded but not essential. A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
