About This Role:
  • Support daily living tasks such as personal care, household assistance, and community engagement.
  • Develop personalized plans to enhance independence and self-empowerment.
  • Provide transportation services for participants to engage in community activities.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and current Police Check.
  • Hold a valid First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
  • Complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You.
Working Conditions:
  • Flexibility to accommodate varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
