About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to bring your flair for creative ideas and strategies, to a role in which you will oversee our Residential Life and Wellbeing Program at UniLodge Herston. As part of a broader Senior Management team, your role will be crucial in promoting and advocating for residential wellbeing, with emphasis on pastoral care and academic matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program.
  • To provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, university departments, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisations.
  • To establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.
  • To recruit, train and be responsible for the Residential Advisor teams.
Requirements

You will be enthusiastic and creative in your event planning - always considering the student experience. To support you in the design and delivery of programs, it is essential that you demonstrate the ability to understand the complexities and challenges of university life, and operational aspects of residential living.

Mandatory Requirements

Eligibility to work in Australia National Police Check (completed within last 3 months) Working with Children's Check (Blue Card, QLD). State Real Estate Qualification (lodged with the Office of Fair Trading of QLD) or be willing to obtain.
