Remuneration Governance and Regulation Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to ensure strict adherence to remuneration regulations. To achieve this, we work closely with senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies to deliver high-quality outputs.

Main Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze peer remuneration arrangements and market benchmarking to ensure compliance.
- Draft clear and concise materials for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Manage compliance with remuneration regulation by producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.

What You Need:- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounting or a related field, with proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly and influence stakeholders effectively.
- High level of numeracy and analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
