Project Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Quality Manager to join our dynamic project delivery environment. This role focuses on ensuring construction quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards
  • Monitoring quality of workmanship and materials, ensuring adherence to standards
  • Ensuring construction methods align with best practices and industry standards
  • Verifying compliance with relevant building codes, statutory regulations, and policies
  • Promoting WHS legislation and clients' safety protocols on-site
  • Identifying and documenting construction defects or poor workmanship
  • Maintaining detailed daily reports on site activities, inspections, and issues
  • Building strong working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, site managers, and stakeholders
  • Reviewing construction drawings and technical documents to ensure clarity and feasibility

The ideal candidate will have a minimum accredited/licensed building trade qualification and a minimum 20 years of relevant experience in building construction, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of building materials, components, and construction methods, as well as a proven track record in site inspection, defect identification, and construction oversight.
