Job Title: Senior Customer Readiness Manager

">About the Role
  • We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our customer readiness team, driving successful implementation of product and business change.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver awareness of product initiatives and their impact on customers.
  2. Ambassador for customer outcomes, ensuring customer requirements are understood and adopted for high-priority business change.
  3. Raise critical risks through decision-making forums and develop commercially viable plans to mitigate them.
  4. Ensure seamless product and business change into the customer organization, achieving cost-to-service objectives and maintaining CX productivity.
  5. Champion continuous improvement of release readiness to enhance change delivery effectiveness.
  6. Elevate a culture of customer advocacy within the team, driving customer-centric solutions to technical and non-technical issues.
  7. Support analytics-based insights to advocate for desired customer product outcomes and solve customer and business needs.
  8. Monitor product change impact and relay customer sentiment back into the business.
  9. Develop and implement engagement models internally and externally for Xero discussions forums.
  10. Upskill your team members and manage their performance effectively.
Your Qualifications
  • Commercial acumen and preferred understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly agile, responsive, and adaptable to changing demands.
  • Comfortable working with complex data and applying robust problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people and performance leadership driven by tangible business outcomes.
  • Initiative and passion for data with a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
