Grain Operations Manager

About This Role
\As a leading hand, you will be responsible for executing daily and weekly priorities at the site. You will directly lead a team of members, ensuring they are trained and competent to perform duties across all areas of operation, including harvest receivals, grain classification, stack building, tarping, site hygiene, grain outturn, road and rail operations, and general bunker operations.
\You will ensure that work priorities are executed safely while maintaining a focus on quality and cost controls. This role offers a competitive salary package, performance incentive bonus, and other benefits.
\Main Responsibilities

- Execute routine operations in accordance with policies and procedures related to employee, food and feed safety, and environmental compliance.\
- Monitor production outcomes, quantity, and quality to ensure customer and food safety requirements are within specifications.\
- Execute operations within budget guidelines.\
- High focus on customer service.\
- Execute operational plans at the site.\
- Develop, supervise, and provide coaching to casual staff at the site.\
- Other duties as assigned.\
